EZ Bookkeeping Solutions believes in providing on going service and support to our clients by providing access to a qualified technician at a reasonable cost. There are times when you may need assistance for a method or procedure, or require direction in solving a particular issue. We are here to help.

Tech services include:

• Research: Methods or procedures for a more efficient accounting operation.

• On-Site Support: Resolution of technical issues, that require hands- on assistance.

•Emergency On-Site Support: When you absolutely need someone on-site to resolve an issue.

You can choose from a variety of Tech Support arrangements, including one-time solutions, and contracts for our services on an on going basis. Complete our Tech Support Questionnaire and then contact our office via telephone or fax with your issue and we will be glad to quote a current fee.

Some solutions are readily available; others may require in-depth research and testing of a valid model. We reserve the right to reject questions for any reason and can make no guarantees that answers provided are appropriate for your situation given the information provided. We make every reasonable effort to resolve your issue and will attempt to respond within 48 hours.
